ABOUT BRIAN WATERS
Brian Waters is the founder and primary data officer with dual Masters in Applied Economincs and Urban Planning. He is dedicated to translating the needs and beliefs of others into clear and understandable data for clients, stakeholders, and communities. He uses his skills and knowledge to improve the lives of the world's most vulnerable urban populations in Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and South Asia.
